As President for over a decade, JW built the International Tesla Society membership of 67 participating members into over 15,000 Physicists, Doctors, Scientists, Researchers, Technologists, Innovators, and Inventors of the most advanced sciences and breakthroughs in energy, medicine, and technology.
During his tenure, he established a science bookstore with over 600 topical titles. He also produced and hosted the "Extraordinary Science Radio Hour" which was broadcasted on over 200 radio stations around the country and was broadcast worldwide on shortwave radio for over 10 years. He also published the quarterly science magazine Extraordinary Science was published with distribution in excess of 7500 subscribers including most major libraries in America and Europe. Ten major science conferences were produced over the period and five published scientific articles and one technical dictionary of scientific terms.
As President of the International Tesla Institute, a large member sponsored organization was created centering on independent science research and development. Six International Science Conferences were produced in Switzerland, Germany and the U.S.
As administrator of the Tesla Trust, duties include the gathering and assimilation of independent scientific research related to energy and medicine and the posting on a web activity site in which innovators may relay and share information with colleagues.
Information on scientific achievements for investment quality members is also provided to investors for discernment. General information on inventions is also available to supporters of the organization. This site also posts historical information on Nikola Tesla, the foremost inventor of the past two hundred years.
JW also lectures on scientific innovations throughout Europe and Asia. He also worked as a power engineer consultant for the country of Indonesia and private contractors doing business in Indonesia.

JW is a licensed broadcast engineer and electronics specialist. He has served as marketing director for several computer and insurance companies.
